Plum Perfect Friday - Last Year's Christmas Decor

I have been otherwise occupied the last couple of weeks, and have missed posting because of my recent career move and, unfortunately, an emergency trip to Canada due to my husband being hospitalized because of a serious heart condition. Thankfully, we have been very blessed, and circumstances have improved...but for this reason, I will be getting a late start on my Christmas decorating, so I thought I would post some pictures from last year to get myself into the spirit a bit. Following are some of my most favorite things.

In the living room...

My Sage Suited Santa:

My girly-mom-designer tree that I add to every year.

My Demdaco Nativity, one of my most cherished things of all:

My most festive purdy paint can:

The Family Room:

My favorite woodsy Santa.

And the plate I found at Deseret Book. I love the quote, "The Magic of Christmas is Not in the Presents, But in His Presence."

The stocking that my creatively talented sister, Michele (at Something Special), made...love it, love it, love it!

And finally, on top of my corner unit, another Santa that I have had since my kids were little.

And then the best saying of all...

I'm sure that I'll change things up a bit this year, but it will be fun to compare this year's decorations to last...I have a feeling that they will be improved upon!

Happy decorating!

Now it's your turn! Please post some of your most favorite adornments and trimmings!

I am so glad you have that stocking. I had forgotten about that one and I am just happy happy that I gave it to you. And I am jealous that you have that Demdaco Nativity, because I have admired those for years. That is so cool that you have that too. Love you and am glad that you are back now from Canada. I will call you soon. Tomorrow I am going back to Cedar City for Kelli's baby shower.
